W-SBA-15分子筛吸附脱除焦化蜡油中碱性氮化物的实验研究

摘    要:以直接合成的W-SBA-15介孔分子筛为吸附剂,采用静态吸附法对中国石油抚顺石化公司石油二厂的延迟焦化蜡油进行碱性氮化物吸附实验研究,考察工艺条件对脱氮的影响。结果表明,当吸附温度为140℃、吸附时间为40 min、油剂质量比为0.05时,吸附脱氮效果最佳,脱氮率为45.1%,静态平衡吸附量为8.13 mg/g。再生后,介孔分子筛脱氮率在38.0%以上。

Abstract:The process on the nitrogen removal by static absorption of caustic nitrides from CGO with W-SBA-15 molecular sieve absorbent in PetroChina Fushun No.2 Refinery was tested,and the impact of process conditions on the denitrification was studied.The results showed that,at the conditions of 140 ℃C ab sorption temperature,40 minutes absorption time and 0.05 oil to absorbent ratio,the optimum denitrification rate is 45.1%,the static absorption capacity is 8.13 mg/g.The nitrogen removal rate of the mesoporous molecular sieves after regeneration is higher than 38%.
