摘    要:介绍中国石化海南炼油化工有限公司1.2 Mt/a连续重整装置扩能至1.44 Mt/a后产品由重整汽油变为芳烃抽提原料的运行优化情况。从原料性质、分馏塔分离度、重整催化剂活性、水氯平衡控制等方面进行了分析,并借助REF-SIM软件进行优化与探索,对遇到的问题提出了解决措施。综合优化后,在重整进料171 t/h、反应器加权平均入口温度(WAIT)为523℃的条件下,芳烃产率较初期提高了7.88百分点,纯氢产率提高了0.21百分点,催化剂比表面保持152 m~2/g的稳定水平,各指标达到扩能后的设计值,实现了装置的挖潜增效和产品转型。

Abstract:Here introduced are the expansion of the 1.2 MM TPY CCR unit to a 1.44 MM TPY CCR Unit and optimization of changing the process conditions of CCR for gasoline to CCR for aromatics.The process conditions are analyzed in respect of feedstock properties,degree of fractionation separation,activities of CCR catalysts,water and chlorine balance,etc,and optimized with software REF-SIM.The problems en countered are analyzed and solutions are present.After comprehensive optimization,and at the conditions of 171 t/h feedstock flowrate and 523 ℃ WAIT temperature,the aromatics yield is increased by 7.88% and pure hydrogen yield is elevated by 0.21% and the specific surface of catalyst is maintained at 152 m2/g.All design specifications have been reached after revamping.Desired products have been produced and economic benefits of the unit have been improved.
