摘 要: | 介绍了固定床渣油加氢装置运行中遇到的问题,分析这类装置运行周期短的原因,探讨延长运行周期的方法,提出了应对措施:1完善切除已达到运行瓶颈的反应器的工程技术,可延长装置运转周期1~3个月;2开发切换固定床渣油加氢装置反应器工程技术,可延长装置运转周期4~6个月;3开发沸腾床反应器+固定床反应器工程技术,可延长装置运转周期6个月以上;4应用防结垢高压换热器,使换热器运行周期与装置运行周期相匹配;5合理级配固定床渣油加氢装置催化剂,提高催化剂利用率。

Discussion on extension of operating cycle of fixed-bed residue oil hydrogenation unit |

Abstract: | The problems encountered in the operation of fixed-bed residue oil hydrogenation unit are described,and the root causes of short operating cycle are analyzed.The measures for extending the operating cycle of the fixed-bed residue oil hydrogenation unit are studied and proposed:(1) improving the engineering technology of removing fixed-bed residual oil hydrogenation unit reactor which will extend the operation cycle of unit by 1 ~ 3 months,(2) developing the engineering technology for cut fixed-bed residual oil hydrogenation unit's reactor which will extend the operation cycle of unit by 4 ~ 6 months,(3) developing engineering technology for ebullated-bed reactor + fixed-bed reactor which will extend the operation cycle of unit by over 6 months,(4) applying fouling-resistant HP heat exchanger whose operating cycle is consistent with that of the unit,(5) appropriate gradation of catalysts for fixed-bed residual oil hydrogenation unit to improve the catalyst utilization. |
