拓展体相催化剂应用范围的研究

摘    要:为了满足炼油企业柴油质量升级的要求,中国石油化工股份有限公司抚顺石油化工研究院(FRIPP)成功开发了具有优异加氢活性的FTX体相催化剂。为了拓宽催化剂应用范围,FRIPP进行了体相催化剂加工处理煤焦油、蜡油、催化裂化汽油的工艺研究。研究结果表明:FTX体相催化剂原料适应性强,应用范围广。在加氢处理煤焦油时,体相催化剂级配技术方案的反应温度比常规催化剂的反应温度低10℃;在蜡油加氢脱芳工艺中,在相同反应条件下,体相催化剂的脱芳效果明显优于参比剂,产物芳烃质量分数比参比剂低3.8百分点;在催化裂化汽油加氢生产芳烃抽提原料时,在相同的反应条件下,体相催化剂的产物中烯烃质量分数比参比剂低5.4百分点,同时体积空速为1.2 h~(-1),大大地增加了装置的处理量,提高了企业的经济效益。

Abstract:To meet the requirements of diesel quality upgrading in the refinery,FTX bulk catalyst have been successfully developed by Fushun Research Institute Petroleum and Petrochemicals (FRIPP),which has excellent diesel ultra deep desulfurization activity.In order to broaden the application scope of the catalyst,the hydrogenation process of gas oil,coal tar,catalytic gasoline with FTX catalyst was studied.The results show that the FTX catalyst has not only strong adaptability but also wide application range.In hydrogenation processing of coal tar,the reaction temperature of the grading technical scheme for the bulk catalyst is 10 ℃ lower than that of the conventional catalyst.For wax oil hydrogenation dearomatization process,under the same reaction conditions,the effect of dearomatization of bulk catalyst was better than that of the reference agent,and the content of aromatic hydrocarbon in product was 3.8% lower than that of the reference agent.OnFCC gasoline hydrogenation to produce feedstock for aromatic extraction and under the same reaction conditions,the olefin content in the product of bulk phase catalyst is 5.4% lower than that of reference agent.Due to the Volume space velocity of 1.2 h-1,the processing capacity of the unit has been greatly raised,and the economic benefits of the enterprise have been improved.
