新型PSA吸附剂在制氢装置上的应用

摘    要:由于原料变化及PSA(变压吸附)能力限制,中国石油天然气股份有限公司大庆石化分公司(大庆石化)炼油厂制氢装置实际的产氢能力达不到用氢需求,在油品升级国Ⅳ、国Ⅴ时存在氢气缺口,根据大庆石化氢气平衡情况,为保证炼油厂油品升级的顺利完成,需要将制氢装置PSA提纯系统能力提高到44 dam3/h,以解决由于制氢装置中变气PSA能力不足带来的油品升级困难。2015年7月,对大庆石化炼油厂制氢装置进行了扩能改造,采用了HX5A-10H,HXNA-CO/10新型吸附剂,此种吸附剂相对传统的吸附剂具有强度高、吸附容量大、堆密度大等特点,使PSA装置吸附剂的装填比例更加优化,吸附剂动态吸附容量提高,同时进一步减小了吸附塔死空间,提高了PSA装置氢气收率及氢气产量,中变气PSA装置出口氢气纯度能够达到99.9%,氢气收率达到90%以上,为炼油厂油品升级提供了稳定的氢气保障。

Application of new type PSA adsorbent in hydrogen generation plant
Abstract:Due to variations of feedstocks and the limitations of PSA capacity,the actual hydrogen production capacity of the hydrogen generation plant can not meet the hydrogen requirement.In the production of Guo Ⅳ and Guo V oil products,there is a shortage of hydrogen supply.To ensure a smooth oil product upgrading of the refinery,the capacity of PSA hydrogen purification system of the hydrogen generation plant has to be increased to 44 dam3/h based upon the hydrogen balance of the whole plant so as to solve the difficulty which is resulted from in-sufficient PSA capacity.In July,2015,the expansion revamping of the hydrogen generation plant of Daqing Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.was implemented.And the new adsorbents HXSA-10H and HXNA-CO/10 were applied.As compared with the conventional absorbents,these absorbents have the advantages in strength,absorption capacity and dumping density,etc..The loading ratio of absorbent for PSA unit is more optimized,the dynamic absorption capacity of the absorbent is raised and the dead space of the adsorption tower is reduced.The purity of outlet hydrogen of shift gas PSA unit is as high as 99.9% and hydrogen yield is over 90%.All these provide a guaranteed supply of hydrogen for the upgrading of oil.products.
