摘    要:介绍了中国石油化工股份有限公司镇海炼化分公司缓和湿式氧化和交叉曝气氧化塘(MWAO-Lagoon)联合工艺处理高浓度碱渣的工业原理及应用效果,并对处理过程中存在的问题进行了分析。结果表明:1采用MWAO-Lagoon联合工艺处理高浓度碱渣可以使外排污水中硫化物(以S~(2-)计)、化学需氧量(以O_2计)和酚类的质量浓度分别小于1.0,120,0.5 mg/L,达到了国家外排标准;2生产过程中采取对高、低浓度COD碱渣进行分类储存,对碱渣进行隔油预处理,定期、定点测厚以及材质升级等措施来提高工艺装置的处理能力,同时降低湿式氧化运行安全风险。通过该工艺处理,缓和湿式氧化后产生的含硫化氢、硫醇以及其他硫化物的尾气经脱硫、脱硝系统后,可实现环境友好型的密闭排放。

Abstract:The process principles and treatment efficiency of integrated MWAO-Lagoon unit for treatment of high-concentration caustic sludge in SINOPEC Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Co.,Ltd.were introduced.The problems encountered in the treatment were analyzed.The results show that:(1) When the integrated MWAO-Lagoon process is applied to treat high-concentration caustic sludge,the sulfides (as S2-),the COD (as O2) and phenol in the waste water discharge can be reduced to 1.0,120,0.5 mg/L respectively,which are within the China's standard discharge specifications;(2) In the production,the high-and low-COD caustic sludge are stored separately,the caustic sludge are pre-treated for oil removal,the thickness are periodically measured and the materials are upgraded to increase the operating capacity of the process unit and reduce the safety hazards of operation of wet oxidation.After treatment by this process,the tail gas containing hydrogen sulfate,mercaptan and other sulfides after wet oxidation can be close-loop environmentally friendly released after desulfurization and denitrification.
