摘    要:针对中国石油天然气股份有限公司独山子石化分公司1.2 Mt/a延迟焦化装置分馏塔顶循环抽出温度低的现象,通过分析认定主要原因是顶循环油中水含量过高。讨论了顶循环油中水含量过高的原因,提出降低水含量的方案。制定了预防措施:保证原油脱盐效果;适当分流部分顶循环油;控制顶循返塔温度高于水蒸气凝结温度;降低进入分馏塔的水汽量,减少进入分馏塔的焦粉携带量,取得了较好的效果。

Abstract:Based upon the low recycle extraction temperature at the overhead of the fractionation tower for a 1.2 MM TPY delayed-coking unit in Dushanzi Petrochemical Company,the analysis has found out that the main cause is the higher water in the overhead recycle oil.The root causes are analyzed.The measures to reduce water in the overhead oil are proposed and preventive measures are recommended,such as crude oil desalting efficiency is ensured,part of overhead recycle oil is side-streamed,and overhead recycle's return temperature is controlled to be higher than steam condensation temperature.Good results have been achieved.
