3S智能喷雾系统在延迟焦化装置的应用

摘    要:中国石化塔河炼化有限责任公司利用3S智能喷雾系统对2号延迟焦化装置焦炭塔大吹汽系统进行了改造。改造后:大吹汽期间蒸汽用量由改造前的8 t/h降低到3~5 t/h,减小了大吹汽期间蒸汽管网的波动;每塔每次蒸汽用量由20 t降低到8.93 t,节约大吹汽蒸汽55%以上;工艺参数均保持正常,焦炭质量合格,挥发分质量分数在9%左右,每塔可回炼三泥10 t左右。达到了降低延迟焦化装置能耗、保护环境的目的。

Energy-saving revamping of delayed coking unit with 3S system
Abstract:The steam flushing system of the coke drum of 2# delayed coking unit in SINOPEC Tahe Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.was revamped with 3S system.After revamping,the steam consumption in flushing was reduced to 3 ~5 t/hr from 8 t/hr before the revamping and the fluctuation of steam piping network was minimized.The steam consumption for each drum was reduced to 8.9 t from 20 t and steam saving was over 55 %.In addition,the process parameters remained normal,the coke quality met the specifications and volatile mater was controlled at about 9%.About 10 tons of sludges could be recycled for each coke drum.The energy consumption of the delayed coking unit was reduced,and the purpose of protecting the environment was achieved.
