| 摘 要： | “全面质量管理”是在高层管理的领导及参与下,通过全体员工积极努力,不断改进产品和服务,从而的一种管理思想及模式。通过介绍“全面质量管理”的内容,探讨高校办学与企业经营之间的共性,提出在高校管理中引入“全面质量管理”的概念与模式。

| Abstract: | The"total quality management" is a managerial idea and model, which based is on the guidance and participation of high managerial staff. It relies on the hard work of all staff and the improvement on products and service so as to raise competitive power. This paper studies the generality of collegiate management and business management, points out that the concept and model of "total quality management" should be introduced into collegiate management. |
