摘    要:汽车复合材料尾门的研究已然成为各大汽车制造商车身部件轻量化、模块化的重要方向.梳理了复合材料尾门技术发展的历史,详细比较了几种典型复合材料尾门技术的优缺点.通过对现有量产车型复合材料尾门的调研分析,总结出复合材料尾门的设计要点以及未来发展趋势,为中国自主品牌汽车开发复合材料尾门提供参考.

Abstract:The research of composite tailgate has become an important direction of lightweight and modularization of automobile body parts in major automobile manufacturers.The development history of composite tailgate technology was reviewed,and the advantages and disadvantages of several typical composite tailgate technologies in detail were compared.The structure design points and future development trends were put forward based on the investigation and analysis of the composite tailgate of the existing mass production vehicles,which formed the technical reserves for the Chinese brand automobile producing and applying composite tailgate.
