核工业系统实施常见职业性放射性疾病诊断标准的调查

依据标准评估方案,针对标准的宣贯培训、实施效果和标准质量等,对核工业系统内放射工作人员和放射卫生监督人员开展问卷调查,评估常见职业性放射性疾病诊断标准在核工业系统的宣贯、掌握、实施情况。结果表明,放射工作人员对《职业性外照射急性放射病诊断》的知晓率最高,95.77%人员参加过放射工作人员培训,基本掌握放射性疾病诊断相关知识;放射卫生监督人员对《职业性外照射急性放射病诊断》的知晓率和应用率最高;对5项标准内容的协调性和可行性评价均较高,但经费配套方面一般,仍需进一步提高对标准的认识。

Implementation of Diagnostic Criteria for Common Occupational Radiation Diseases in China' s Nuclear Industry

In view of the publicity training, implementation effect and quality of 5 diagnostic criteria for common occupational radiation diseases, a questionnaire survey was conducted among radiation workers and radiation health supervisors from China's nuclear industry, to evaluate the publicity, mastery and implementation of them. The results showed that the criterion for “Diagnosis of acute radiation sickness from occupational external exposure” was well awared and trained in both groups. While these criteria's content coordination and feasibility received high marks, the relevant funding matching is average, and the understanding of them still needs to be further improved.
