摘    要:介绍了发动机罩烘烤变形问题现状,原因分析,以及相应的改善方案及确认实施效果的全过程,对比了双组份折边胶、增加焊接工序以及优化涂装辅具等方案之间的实施效果的优劣,得到优化涂装辅具方案效果较好。阐述了该过程中各项工作的开展思路和方式方法,为发动机罩烘烤变形问题的改善提供了参考。

Abstract:The current situation,cause analysis,corresponding improvement plan and the whole process of confirming the implementation effect of the bonnet baking deformation were introduced.The advantages and disadvantages of two-component edge folding adhesive,adding welding procedure,and optimizing the effect of painting auxiliary scheme were compared.The results show that the optimizing the effect of painting auxiliary scheme are better.The ideas and methods of the work in this process were expounded,which provided reference for improving the baking deformation of the engine hood.
