汽车电动尾门系统布置与校核

摘    要:介绍了汽车电动尾门系统的组成及工作原理,利用力矩平衡原理分析电动尾门系统的受力情况。重点分析了电动尾门系统在设计阶段的布置点、操作力、安装力、安装空间、悬停区域、开闭性能等参数的校核,并结合工程实际,给出相关参数的设计校核经验值,从而有效地减少设计及布置时间,提高工作效率,为电动尾门系统的开发和优化提供参考。

Abstract:The composition and working principle of the electric tailgate system were introduced,the force of the electric tailgate system was analyzed by using the principle of torque balance.The analysis of the electric tailgate system in the design phase of the layout point,operating force,installation force,installation space,hovering area,opening and closing performance and other parameters of the check was focused on,and combined with the engineering practice,the design check experience value of the relevant parameters was given,so as to effectively reduce the design and layout time,improve work efficiency,and provide a reference for the development and optimization of the electric tailgate system.
