摘    要:驱动桥作为后驱车辆传动部件之一,其NVH性能是评价整车综合性能的重要环节之一.针对某微型车四挡滑行驱动桥异响,通过阶次分析及传递路径分析查找异响原因,再进行结构优化及测试验证.结果表明:优化后的驱动桥阶次噪声在异响点降低10 dB(A),异响消失,满足驱动桥噪声要求.

Abstract:As one of transmission parts for some vehicles,the drive axle is one of the important NVH performance evaluation parts in the corresponding whole vehicle development.The abnormal noise reason was analyzed by means of order analysis and transmission path analysis for a mini-car four-step sliding drive axle.According to the reason of abnormal noise,the structure optimization and test verification were carried out.The results show that order noise of drive axle is reduced by 10 dB(A)at the abnormal noise point,and the abnormal noise disappears,so as to meet requirement of drive axle noise.
