摘    要:针对乘用车冷却膨胀箱工作环境恶劣的现状,对某前期设计阶段膨胀箱进行强度分析,发现存在应力超标现象.对其进行结构改进,并结合模态分析和CFD分析对两种改进方案做出评判,选出最优方案进行整车耐久试验.结果表明:膨胀箱上下腔体焊接面位置为薄弱区域,易出现应力超标,可从内部隔板结构予以改进.改进方案1相比原始方案最大应力减小2...

Abstract:In view of the harsh working environment of passenger car expansion tank,the strength analysis of the expansion tank in a preliminary design stage found that the stress exceeded the standard,and the structure was improved.Combined with modal analysis and CFD analysis,two improvements were made.Judging and selecting the best plan for the vehicle durability test.The results show that the welding surface of the upper and lower chambers of the expansion tank is a weak area,which is prone to excessive stress,which can be improved from the internal partition structure.The improvement plan 1 reduces the maximum stress by 21.95%compared with the original plan,which meets the design requirements.
