摘    要:通过在传统A/O工艺的O段添加复合功能菌剂Eure-01实现了制革废水的分段强化脱碳及脱氮处理;研究了菌剂强化后各生物处理单元功能菌群的演替及相应的代谢功能变化。考察了菌剂的不同活化方式对脱碳及脱氮效率的影响;应用宏基因组分析和基于Biolog板的碳代谢指纹分析了不同活化方式对强化过程中菌剂和各单元活性污泥体系中微生物群菌落结构的影响。结果表明,添加菌剂多级活化强化液后,好氧池COD去除率和NH3-N去除率分别较未菌剂强化条件下提高近50%和40%。菌剂经多级强化活化后,菌群碳源代谢活性良好且均衡、物种多样性水平更高,具有强化废水氨氮能力的黄色单胞菌科、伯克氏菌科微生物可占25.7%和22.3%。该菌剂强化A/O工艺处理规模化制革废水效果明显,为制革废水处理提供了一套高效脱碳及脱氮的分段生物强化处理技术和微生物生态学解释。

Study on the Effect of Bio-augmentation Enhanced A/O Process on the Large-scale Tannery Wastewater Treatment

Abstract:By adding the composite functional bacterial agent Eure-01 in the O-section of the traditional A/O process,the treatment of tannery wastewater was realized in terms of segmental enhanced decarburization and denitrification.The succession of functional flora and the corresponding changes of metabolic function of each biological treatment unit were explored after the enhancement of bacterial agent.The effects of different activation methods of inoculants on the decarbonization and denitrification efficiency were investigated;metagenome analysis and carbon metabolism fingerprints based on Biolog plates were used to analyze the different inactivation methods on the microbial community structure in the microbial agent and activated sludge system during the strengthening process.Results showed that after the addition of the multi-stage activated fortifier,the removal rates of COD and NH3-N in the aerobic tank were increased by nearly 50%and 40%,respectively,compared with those without the intensifier.After the multi-stage intensive activation of the bacterial agent,the carbon source of the bacterial flora exhibited good metabolic activity,balanced functions and improved utilization of the carbon source.Furthermore,the carbon source metabolic activity of the bacteria group was balanced and the higher species diversity level was observed.Microorganisms of Xanthomonadaceae and Burkholderiaceae with the ability to enhance ammonia nitrogen in wastewater could account for 25.7%and 22.3%,respectively.The present inoculum-enhanced A/O process has obvious effect on large-scale tannery wastewater treatment,and provides a set of highly efficient decarbonization and denitrification staged biological intensive treatment technology and microbial ecological interpretation for tannery wastewater treatment.
