| 摘 要： | 针对某车型限位器的异常现象,对其结构及生产工艺过程进行了分析,找到了影响车门开闭品质的要素,对其进行了不良分析,并进行了优化.结果表明:优化后的结构增强了限位器抗冲击性,消除了异响,且未出现破裂现象.

| Abstract: | In view of the abnormal phenomenon of a certain type of car limiter,the structure and production process were analyzed,the factors affecting the door switch quality were found,the defects were analyzed and optimized.The results show that the optimized structure enhances the impact resistance of the limiter,eliminates the abnormal sound,and does not appear the crack phenomenon. |
