| 摘 要： | 本文从塑料材质方面分析了引起塑料成型加工缺陷的原因，给出了因果图．针对传统的塑件质量检测方法，重点介绍和分析了德国四种塑料材质检测的最新方法，并列举了应用实例．本文认为这些新方法的应用是实际解决工厂塑料产品质量问题获得高质量塑件的重要途径

| Abstract: | The reasons which cause plastics processing failure are analyzed from plastic quality in this paper, and the cause effect diagram is given here. To counter tradittional test methods, this paper majorly introduuceds and analyzes the four kinds of the latest quality measuring method for plastics in Germany and at the same time shows some application al examples. This paper deems the application of these new methods will be very important ways of practically solving the problem on products quality and getting high quality plastic parts in factory. |
