| 摘 要： | 根据飞机安装座铸件的结构特点和使用要求，结合钛合金的铸造特性，分析和探讨了以硅溶胶作为型壳粘结剂的钛合金熔模铸造工艺，设计了熔模工艺方案和离心浇注系统，并对工艺方案进行工艺实验，讨论了生产中所面临的质量问题。

| Abstract: | According to unique feature of the airplane installment place and the casting characteristic of titanium alloy,the investment casting technology using si-gel as binder of Ti alloy was analyzed and discussed.The process project and centrifugal pouring system were designed and carried on The quality problem met in the production was discussed also. |
