带电检测数据管理系统的设计与开发

摘    要:带电检测为电网安全稳定运行提供了有力的支撑。然而传统的带电检测系统存在使用不便、数据滞后等问题。文章介绍了一种灵活的、可扩展的带电监测数据管理系统的设计和开发方案。该系统从架构上可分为电力内网Web端和离线Client端,通过数据解耦建模、扩展标记语言(XML)报文交互方式等优化设计,使系统具有高度的灵活性、安全性和可扩展性。此外,利用信息集成、数据挖掘等方法,使得带电检测数据的应用更加实用化和智能化。

Abstract:Live detection provides strong support for the stable and secure operation of power grids. However, traditional live detection systems have problems such as inconvenience and data delay. This paper introduces a solution for designing and developing a flexible and extensible data management system for live detection. The system is structured into an intranet Web side and an offline Client side. Through design optimization by decoupling modeling and XML interaction, the system is made highly flexible, secure and extensible. Moreover, information integration and data mining lead the live detection application into a more practical and intellitized stage.
