摘    要:文章分析了电力传统视频会议系统的相关技术标准及其应用现状,引入了SVC分层编码、云计算等技术,探寻改变电力生产及办公视频沟通模式,从而真正地实现电力系统任何人、任何地点、任何时间的无缝互联互通。最后给出了系统的典型应用案例参考借鉴,并对系统未来的发展方向进行简要总结。

Abstract:The related technology standards and applications for traditional video conference system of power sectors are analyzed. Scaled video coding and cloud computing technologies are introduced as an effort to change the video communication mode, thus to realize the interconnection for any person, any place and any time, the application and development of this system are elaborated, which can be summarized as a reference for related projects.
