| Abstract: | Actualize effective management on mine safety system of watching and control.Improve the facilities in this system.According to the character of this system,give an introduce of experience in the eye of depth and extent.Fully shows the theory of first action ahead of accident .Allied command would improve mine's capability against disasters and assure mine on firm ground all the time. |
