基于PC的PROFIBUS总线监视软件的设计

在众多的现场总线中,PROFIBUS是目前市场保有量最大的总线,它越来越广泛地应用于各个领域。但是,目前有很多已投入运行的PROFIBUS总线系统处于亚健康状态,存在安全隐患。因此,对整个PROFIBUS系统运行状态的诊断及对故障隐患的及时发现并修复具有重要的意义。该方案采用PC机为平台,Windows为操作系统,VC＋＋作为开发环境,通过软件实现对PROFIBUS—DP系统运行状态的监视、分析;通过验证,设计结果基本上实现了总线监视的功能。

Design of PROFIBUS Monitor Software Based on PC

Among many fieldbus,PROFIBUS is the largest market holdings control system,and it emerges more and more widely in the various application fields.But,lots of PROFIBUS systems which have been put into operation were in the sub-health states and hidden dangers.So it is of great significance to diagnose the system,it is helpful for finding and fixing the faults. The programe used PC-platform,the Windows operating system,and adopted VC＋＋ as development environment.Furthermore,it actualized most of agreement of PROFIBUS-DP by software and achieved the surveillance on the PROFIBUS system.The design basically achieved most of the functions of the Bus Monitor through experiment.
