氨基树脂改性水性聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯复合乳液的制备及性能

摘    要:通过甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)与聚氨酯(PU)种子乳液共聚合成了水性聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯(PUA)复合乳液,然后用氨基树脂(HMMM)对其进行交联,并对HMMM改性的PUA复合乳液的性能进行了表征.结果表明,制备稳定的PUA复合乳液适宜的MMA质量分数约为20%,PUA复合乳液涂膜的玻璃化转变温度随HMMM用量的增加而升高,于120 ℃固化30 min的乳液涂膜比室温固化的涂膜表面更加光滑.

Abstract:Waterborne polyurethane-acrylate(PUA) complex emulsion was prepared by seeded emulsion copolymerization of methyl methacrylate(MMA) and polyurethane,followed by curing with hexamethoxy methyl melamine(HMMM),and the properties of PUA complex emulsion were investigated.The results showed that the stable PUA complex emulsion could be obtained when the mass fraction of MMA was about 20%.The glass transition temperature of PUA complex emulsion increased with increasing HMMM amount.The surface of the PUA film cur...
