| Abstract: | The mining administrative systems of America and Canada are presented, and the administrative characteristics of local mines in the two countries are pointed out. On the basis of the above, some suggestions are put forward. The suggestions are making certain of right and liability of nation and local, and designing preferential mining investment policy, so as to take the sustainable development road of the mining industry. |
