| Abstract: | There are many deficiencies in the human resource management of traditional application-oriented undergraduate college,such as the talent introduction,daily management and talent flow and so on.To solve those problems,the talent introduction mechanism,the incentive mechanism and perfecting talent growing environment of applied undergraduate college are explored.As a result,the teachers and the colleges would develop collectively. |
