| Abstract: | This paper introduces the productive process of the soluble plastic film.Then,it disserts the design principle of the mechanism for tension and adjusting deviation of slobbering machine forming membrane steel band which produces soluble plastic package film,and the application to SL-1200 slobbering machine. |
