| Abstract: | The relationship of enterprise and technical innovation was analyzed with Joseph A. Schumpeter's Innovation Theory. Pattern, system and strategies of technical innovation in Kunming Iron & Steel (Group) Company and its effects were discussed. Characteristics of technical innovation in the developing process of enterprise and some regularity were unveiled. |
