| 摘 要： | 文章从教育价值、经济价值、社会价值三个层面论述了建设节约型高校的重要价值。并结合当前高等教育的实际,深入分析了高校统筹节约的两大方面:物质资源和人才资源,提出合理配置和节约高校物质资源,实现物尽其用;合理配置和珍惜高校人才资源,做到人尽其才。

| Abstract: | The article discusses the important value of the constructing economical colleges in the view of the education value, economy value and social worth. On the basis of development situation of the current higher education, the article discusses how to save the education resources as a whole, including the material resources and talented human resources, and then it suggests that we should dispose and save the material resources of higher education, turn material resources to good account, arrange and cherish the talented human resources in colleges so as to put the right person in the right place. |
