| 摘 要： | 现有油漆配方预测系统不能直接预测三维数字化产品色彩的油漆配方,这成为推进产品大规模定制设计实用化的障碍。利用三维数字模型色彩信息的提取技术和BP神经网络,在CAXA系统平台上构建了一个油漆配方预测系统,并以西安油漆厂提供的样本进行测试。测试结果表明,该系统可直接预测三维数字化产品色彩的油漆配方。

| Abstract: | Existing paint recipe predictor systems can't predict paint recipe for the color on digital product model directly,which prevents using mass customization design in practice.First,an artificial intelligent predictor system based on back propagation neural network is developed in CAXA software.Then,color pick-up technique,system's construction and improved prediction model are discussed in detail.At last,a test paradigm is shown with the paint samples from Xi'an Paint Co.The test results demonstrate that the predictor system can predict paint recipe for the color on three-dimensional digital product model directly. |
