摘    要:研究了世界最大单口径射电望远镜FAST支承结构健康监测系统的安全预警功能。结合监测内容和预警分级原则制订了预警设置的总体框架,根据设计规范和环境荷载记录资料设置环境荷载预警参数,以构件安全和望远镜工作精度为控制目标,确定结构响应预警参数设置依据,提出单点张拉法对节点位移预警参数进行研究,运用LABVIEW平台开发了FAST支承结构健康监测安全预警系统,实现了预警参数嵌入及可视化控制的目标。最终在直径30m的FAST模型索网变位试验中的成功应用表明,该安全预警系统实现了FAST支承结构健康监测在线预警功能,可为将来FAST支承结构建造和正常运行提供重要保障。

Abstract:FAST (Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical Telescope) is the largest single-caliber radio telescope in the world. This paper investigated the early-warning function of health monitoring system for FAST support structure. The general frame of early-warning function was designed based on the monitoring targets and the early-warning graded grades. The early-warning parameter of environmental loads was obtained from design code and local environmental loads history record. The early-warning parameter of structural response was determined by considering the structural safety and the working precision of FAST.  Moreover, the single-point-tension method was suggested to investigate the early-warning parameter of node displacement. The early-warning system was developed, in which the parameter was embedded and the early-warning aim of visualization control was realized, as a result of successful exploitation of early-warning system in health monitoring for FAST support structure on the platform of LABVIEW. Finally, successful application of the early-warning system in the tension experiment on the 30m-model of FAST cable-net structure shows that the early-warning system so developed works well to perform the on-line early-warning for FAST, the safety of FAST support structure in both the construction period and the service life and thus be guaranteed in future.
