摘    要:火力发电厂烟气脱硫系统(FGD)取消烟气旁路后,FGD成为主机不可分开的一部分,其可靠性对整个机组的运行起着重要的作用。介绍了吸收塔本体结构设计,从塔内件选型设计和吸收塔内防腐材料选用2个方面,探讨了脱硫系统取消旁路烟道后,吸收塔设计在增加可靠性方面所采取的措施。

Abstract:After gas-bypass is eliminated for thermal power plant FGD system,FGD has become non-separated part of the main equipment,and its reliability plays an important role to the whole unit operation.The paper introduces the proper structural design of the absorption tower,discusses about internal tower component model selection and design,and anti-corrosion material selection within the tower.It also gives out some measures to increase tower reliability in design after FGD without gas-bypass.
