高频焊管焊接温度观测器

摘    要:焊接温度是焊管生产过程的重要参数.由于焊接环境恶劣,辐射测温法不能准确测量焊接温度.采用焊接温度观测的方法可以避免恶劣环境对检测精度的影响.根椐焊接温度观测模型,焊接温度可由焊接电流和焊接速度计算得到,同时磁场检测能够避免错误观测值并给出失磁警报.

Abstract:Welding temperature is an important parameter to the production of welded pipe.Welding environment is very bad.Radiant thermometric method can not accuretly measure the temperature.A welding temperature observer can avoid the influence of environment.According to the formula of welding temperature,welding temperature can be obtained by the calculation about welding speed and welding current.The magnetic field detection can prevent wrong display and give an alarm for losing magnet.
