The Study on Related Issues of Storm and Flood Utilization in Urban

To resolve urban storm issues only through discharging in the past years,which resulted lots of rainwater flowing away through municipal drainage system.The urban is still short of water after rainstorm.Currently,people gradually realized that cities actually need rainwater very much and storm water can be collected and utilized.It is also the effective approach to resolve the problems of discharging and lack of water in urban.
