摘    要:介绍了汽车纵梁及边框冲孔线中电气控制系统的设计思路及特点,论述了系统的设计理念、拓扑结构。分别介绍了PLC程序、工件自动编程和上位机监控软件的设计。实践表明,这种电气控制系统在此生产线的应用是成功的。这一设计,为其他不同类型生产线的电气控制系统提供了一种新的设计思路。

Abstract:Design reason and features of electric control system of punching line for automotive side member and side frame have been introduced with expounding of design concept and topological structure of the system. PLC programs, automatic programming of workpiece and monitoring software of computer in upper level have been introduced respectively.Practice has proved the success of the application of such control system in the said production line, which has provided electric control system for other type of production line with a new design idea.
