高职院校工科类专业应开设综合文科课程

在工科类专业课程体系中纳入综合科课程，是一个具有现实性、前瞻性的课题。它涉及人才的人化素质、知识结构、学习心态，社会的就业与创业多元化、综合素质与专业能力整合，学院发展中的科技与人的关系、校园化建设等问题。既是受教主体的内在需求，社会现实的客观需要，也是学院提升综合实力的举措。

The Liberal Arts Courses Should Occupy a Position in the Engineering Curriculum in Polytechnic Institutes

It is a realistic and foreseeable task to bring the liberal arts courses into the engineering curriculum.It is connected with a series of questions such as the students' humanistic cultivation, the knowledge structure and learning mentality, the multiple qualities for being employed and for carving out a career in the society, the conformity of the comprehensive qualities and the speciality ability, the relationship between the science and humanities, and the construction of campus culture. This task is either an internal necessity for the educated subject and an objective needed for the social reality ,or a powerful measure for improving the strength of institutes.
