In response to the national call for energy conservation and emission reduction,from the characteristicsof the edible modified starch industry,the actual investment in the industry's cleaner production scheme was 370 thousand yuan,and frequency converter was installedinto the power-hungry motor,and the power consumption of the motor during operation was reduced,and annual savings were about 70 thousand yuan,and production costs were reduced,and the efficiency of the business was increased.The investment amount of this scheme was large,and the effect on the original production technology of starch industry was obvious,therefore,its feasibility was confirmed further,in order todemonstrate its feasibility more scientifically and comprehensively,and feasibility analysis from three aspects of technology,environment and economy were carried out.
