基于遗传算法的板坯入库梁式起重机调度优化

摘    要:针对连铸-热轧炼钢工艺的板坯仓储车间梁式起重机调度问题,运用遗传算法,建立板坯入库的梁式起重机调度模型.设计梁式起重机的编码、交叉、变异等遗传运算,对板坯入库过程中的梁式起重机调度的算例模型进行仿真测试,仿真测试的结果表明:遗传算法(GA)运用于梁式起重机的调度具有很高的收敛性和稳定性,能够满足梁式起重机调度的需要.

Abstract:Focusing on difficulties in scheduling of beam cranes in slab storage workshops in the continuous casting-hot rolling steelmaking process,a scheduling model of beam cranes for slab warehousing is established based on genetic algorithm.Genetic algorithms such as coding,crossover and mutation of beam cranes are developed,and the simulation test is carried out on an example model of beam crane scheduling in slab warehousing process.Results show that genetic algorithm(GA)has high convergence and stability,and can meet relevant needs of beam crane scheduling.
