摘    要:以都安T31标段杨家山互通岩坡哨特大桥80 m跨度钢-混箱型组合梁架梁为例,针对横跨贵安大道和跨度80 m的施工工况,提出了利用既有40 m跨度双臂架桥机与搭设钢管柱临时支墩相结合架梁的施工措施,解决了没有满足施工条件设备情况下的大跨度钢-混箱型组合梁的架设难题,重点介绍了架桥机对钢混梁的适应能力、钢管临时支墩设计、钢...

Abstract:Taking the erection of 80 m span steel-concrete box-type composite girders of the extra-large bridge from Yangjiashan to Yanposhao in T31 Du’an section as an example,considering construction conditions in terms of crossing Gui’an Avenue and a span of 80 m,construction measures of combining the existing 40 m span bridge erecting machine with erection of temporary piers of steel pipe piers was put forward,which solves the difficulties in erection of large span steel-concrete box-type composite girders under circumstances in which requirements on construction conditions and equipment haven’t be met.The adaptability of bridge erecting machine to steel concrete girders,the design of temporary steel pipe piers,the segmentation and erection technology of steel-concrete composite box girder,and the line type control of bridge camber were introduced in detail,which provides a reference for the erection construction of long-span composite steel concrete girders.
