The hook block of the hoisting mechanism of large hoisting machinery uses circlip to keep the pulley and bearing at their positions,so when there is a defect occurs in the inner circlip,it is often difficult to replace it.In order to solve such deficiency in actual production,a new type of holding device for pulleys of the hook block of hoisting machinery is developed,which can realize quick disassembly and installation,overcome working condition of small gap between the pulleys of hook blocks,and allow defective circlips to be replaced.Moreover,applications in engineering show that the holding devices for pulleys of the hook block of novel hoisting machinery has reliable structure,better mechanical performance and more convenient in maintenance.
