摘    要:文章基于全国综合气象信息共享系统(CIMISS)统一数据环境,构建了毕节市气象灾害监测预警系统。该系统运用地理信息系统(GIS)、MySQL数据库、PostgreSQL集群和HDFS集群等相关技术,实现了气象监测数据在地理信息系统(GIS)上的叠加,并通过对气象灾害阈值进行本地化归类梳理,以系统化的动态配置,实现了自动化监测预警功能,系统的顺利运行极大提升了毕节市灾害性天气预警预报能力。

Abstract:Based on the unified data environment of CIMISS,the meteorological disaster monitoring and early warning system of Bijie city is constructed.The system uses geographic information system(GIS),MySQL database,PostgreSQL cluster,HDFS cluster and other related technologies to realize the superposition of meteorological monitoring data on GIS.By localizing and sorting the meteorological disaster threshold,the automatic monitoring and early warning function is realized with systematic dynamic configuration.The smooth operation of the system has greatly improved the ability of severe weather warning and forecast in Bijie.
