9F级燃气-蒸汽联合循环供热机组循环冷却水电化学处理试验研究

摘    要:循环冷却水电化学处理是利用水及水中矿物质的电化学特性,在外加直流电的作用下,使部分结垢物质以固体形态在阴极析出,同时可以调节循环冷却水的pH,并施加阴极保护。阳极则产生具有强氧化性的杀菌物质,加上水经过电化学设备处理后,水分子团会变小,使循环冷却水系统中的离子浓度在较高的情况下仍可很好的控制腐蚀发生及微生物滋生。循环冷却水通过电化学处理,可以在减少排污的情况下达到除垢、防垢、缓蚀和杀菌灭藻的目的。通过循环冷却水电化学处理动态模拟试验,验证了碳钢及不锈钢腐蚀速率、污垢热阻、粘附速度及有害微生物及生物粘泥量等指标均能满足GB/T 50050-2017《工业循环冷却水处理设计规范》要求。

Abstract:The electrochemical characteristics of water and minerals in the circulating cooling water are used for the chemical treatment of circulating cooling water.Under the action of external direct current,some scaling materials are precipitated in the cathode in solid form.At the same time,the pH of circulating cooling water can be adjusted and cathodic protection can be applied.The anode produces strong oxidizing bactericidal substances.In addition,after the water is treated by electrochemical equipment,the water molecular group will become smaller,so that the ion concentration in the circulating cooling water system can still well control corrosion and microbial breeding under high conditions.Through electrochemical treatment of circulating cooling water,the purpose of scale removal,scale prevention,corrosion inhibition,sterilization and algae killing can be achieved under the condition of reducing sewage discharge.Through the dynamic simulation test of chemical treatment of circulating cooling water,it is verified that the corrosion rate of carbon steel and stainless steel,fouling thermal resistance,adhesion speed,harmful microorganism and biological slime amount can meet the requirements of GB/T 50050-2017 design code for industrial circulating cooling water treatment.
