新型无硫甲醇富液直接脱碳技术模拟研究

摘    要:提出了一种新型无硫甲醇富液直接脱碳技术,该技术通过对高浓度CO2的无硫中压甲醇富液直接压缩分离得到高纯度CO2产品,简化了原有脱碳工艺流程,不需要脱盐水以及分子筛等吸附干燥装置,无废弃物排放。采用Aspen Plus软件建立了新型无硫甲醇富液直接脱碳稳态模型,并与常规的低温精馏脱碳工艺实际运行参数进行对比分析。数值模拟结果表明:相较于常规低温精馏脱碳工艺,无硫甲醇富液直接脱碳技术的生产能力提高了20%,CO2捕集效率达到88%以上,单位捕集量的能耗减少20%,水耗减少60%,捕集成本降低了30%。新型无硫甲醇富液直接脱碳技术是一项发展前景广阔,可在煤化工和石油化工行业推广应用,便于工程化的CO2捕集技术。

Abstract:A new CO2 capture and utilization technology for coal-based methanol process was proposed.In this technology,high concentration CO2 is directly separated from the sulfur-free medium pressure methanol enriched liquid through compression,so the capture process is simplified,the adsorption drying devices such as molecular sieve or desalted water is unnecessory,and no waste discharges.By Aspen Plus software,the stable state model of this novel sulfur free methanol enriched liquid direct decarbonation technology is established,and the operation parameters are compared with the actual data of the conventional low temperature distillation decarbonization process.The simulation results show that,compared with the conventional process,the CO2 production capacity of the new technology increases by 20%,and the capture efficiency reaches higher than 88%.For per ton CO2 captured,the power consumption and water consumption decreases by 20%and 60%,and the capture cost reduces by 30%.The new CO2 capture technology has broad development prospect,which can be applied in the coal and petrochemical industry.
