摘    要:针对带式输送机转载溜槽设计问题,回顾了带式输送机转载溜槽设计计算方法的发展,对连续模型方法、DEM、模型实验等方法进行了分析评价,给出了模型实验方法的模型设计的带速、滚筒直径、物料块度、密度的选择方法。分析了卸料轨迹的关键问题,对比了不同轨迹预测方法,给出了连续模型方法导流板、物料下落、进入底部曲线溜槽中物料运动的详细过程,导出了物料在导料槽中的速度表达式,对转载溜槽设计的基本步骤可能采用的方法进行了分析,为转载溜槽的设计提供参考。

Abstract:Considering problems existing in the design of transfer chutes of belt conveyors,the evolution of calculation methods in the design of transfer chutes was reviewed,the continuous model method,DEM,model experiment and other methods were analyzed and evaluated,and selection methods of belt speed,roller diameter,material size and density in model design when adopting model experiment method were proposed forward.Key problems of unloading trajectory were analyzed,and different trajectory prediction methods were compared.Detailed process of deflector,material falling and material moving into the bottom curve chute in continuous model method was given,and the expression of material velocity in the chute was derived.Possible methods in basic steps of transfer chute design were analyzed,which provides a reference for transfer chute design.
