| 摘 要： | 鹅颈式岸边集装箱起重机是低姿态岸边集装箱起重机的一种特殊形式,文中研究和总结了超大型鹅颈式岸边集装箱起重机的一些关键技术,包括了大梁的分段与截面选择、四连杆机构设计要点、新型大梁铰点研究、特殊大梁锚定系统、拖链系统、托架小车缠绕方式、整机刚度以及船运工况等的设计、制造和运输方面的技术研究与应用。

| Abstract: | Gooseneck quayside container crane is a special kind of low-profile quayside container crane.Some key technologies of super-large gooseneck quayside container crane are studied and summarized,including the selection of section and section of girder,design points of four-bar linkage mechanism,the research of new girder hinge point,the anchoring system of special girder,the towing chain system,the winding mode of carriage trolley,the rigidity of the whole machine and the technical research and application in design,manufacture and transportation. |
