摘    要:使用非接触式管道检测仪在埋地管道正上方采集管段自漏磁场的三分量磁通密度信号.通过分析管道上方磁感应强度及其梯度确定管道应力集中位置.使用磁异常等级划分原则,计算应力集中点磁异常系数,并针对不同磁异常系数的管段采取相应措施.结果表明利用管道磁信号的波形特征判断应力集中的评价方法能够对埋地管道在非开挖状态下进行早期诊断,为...

Abstract:A non-contact pipeline detector is used to collect the three-component magnetic flux density signal of the self-leakage magnetic field directly above the buried pipeline.The stress concentration position of the pipeline is determined by analyzing the magnetic induction intensity and its gradient above the pipeline.The magnetic anomaly coefficient of the stress concentration point is calculated by using the magnetic anomaly grade division principle,and the corresponding measures are taken for the pipe sections with different magnetic anomaly coefficients.The results show that the evaluation method of judging stress concentration by using the waveform characteristics of pipeline magnetic signal can make early diagnosis of buried pipeline in trenchless state and provide technical support for follow-up pipeline body repair and excavation point.
