疲劳分析在起重机疲劳校核中的应用

摘    要:起重机是工业发展中的重要支撑,其主梁由于承受交变应力极易出现疲劳裂纹甚至出现疲劳断裂,疲劳分析用于起重机的设计之初的疲劳强度考量,可以极大程度避免由设计导致的疲劳缺陷。对于使用单位所需产品的使用工况调查,获得使用单位对于起重机的实际使用需求,利用疲劳分析软件nCode,采用SN疲劳分析方法对起重机主梁进行寿命分析,通过仿真得到起重机的理论疲劳寿命,计算出起重机的疲劳点,为将来的起重机设计优化和使用过程中的疲劳监测打好基础。

Abstract:Crane plays an important role in industrial development.Due to the alternating stress,the main beam of crane is prone to fatigue crack and even fracture.At the beginning of design,fatigue analysis was applied to crane to determine fatigue strength and it can avoid fatigue defects caused by design to a great extent.The working conditions of products required by users were investigated,and the actual demand of users for cranes was obtained.The fatigue analysis software nCode was used to analyze the life of crane main beam by SN fatigue analysis method.The theoretical fatigue life of cranes was obtained through simulation,and the fatigue points of cranes were calculated,which lays a foundation for the design optimization and fatigue monitoring of cranes in the future.
