Casting crane with vertical tilted girder

Casting cranes are generally of the structure of four girders and two trolleys,which are mainly used for lifting ladles and steel ladles in steel-making workshops.In the whole process,the direction of trunnions of ladles and steel ladles shall be kept unchanged,and ladles and steel ladles can only be turned over in the direction parallel to the girder.However,when the trunnion needs to rotate 90,a casting crane with four girders,two trolleys and rotating hooks must be used.To solve this problem,a tilting casting crane with a double-girder,single trolley,and vertical tilted girder is developed and designed,with traditional parallel girder changed into vertical girder in the arrangement of main and auxiliary hooks,and the main and auxiliary hoisting mechanisms are arranged on a same trolley.Using this crane to replace the casting crane with four girders,two trolley and rotary hooks can not only meet process requirements,but also reduce costs in equipment and workshops.
