摘    要:为了改善工业汽轮机排汽缸气动性能,降低流动损失,采用数值模拟方法对一种大型工业汽轮机排汽缸的气动特性与流场结构进行了计算与分析.揭示了造成工业汽轮机排汽缸气动损失的重要方面,同时提出了针对排汽缸重要结构参数的多种优化方案,并进行详细计算与分析.针对每种优化方案,阐明了优化机理与工业汽轮机排汽缸本身的优化局限性.研究结果...

Abstract:Aiming at improving the aerodynamic performance of industrial turbine exhaust hood and reduce the flow loss,the numerical simulation method is used to calculate and analyze the aerodynamic characteristics and flowing field structure of the exhaust hood of a large industrial steam turbine.The important aspects of aerodynamic loss of exhaust hood of industrial steam turbine are revealed,and several optimization schemes for important structural parameters of exhaust hood are put forward,and detailed calculation and analysis are carried out.For each optimization scheme,the optimization mechanism and the optimization limitation of the exhaust hood of industrial steam turbine are expounded.The results indicate that the optimization of the important structural parameters of the exhaust hood of industrial steam turbine can significantly improve the aerodynamic performance and flowing field.
