起重机械在用钢丝绳检验指标研究

摘    要:为了确定适宜表征起重机械在用钢丝绳安全状态的指标,比较了现行标准中关于起重机械钢丝绳的质量指标,提出了将在用钢丝绳多种失效缺陷归纳为局部损伤(LF)和金属横截面积损失(LMA)的方法,最终以这两个指标代入综合影响法以评价起重机械在用钢丝绳安全状态。

Abstract:In order to determine indexes suitable for characterizing the safety status of in-service wire ropes of hoisting machinery,quality indexes of wire ropes of hoisting machinery in current standards are compared,and a method of classifying various failure defects of wire ropes of hoisting machinery into localized flaw(LF)and loss of metallic cross-sectional area(LMA)is proposed.Finally,these two indexes are substituted into the comprehensive influence method to evaluate the safety status of in-service wire rope of hoisting machinery.
